Did you/do you nurse in public? Cover? No cover?

Did you feel more comfortable NIP with #2 (or more)?

I always nursed in public and used a cover most of the time. I'll nurse in public with this baby too.

Yea, a lot with Olivia...since its pretty much unavoidable. I uses a cover a lot when she was younger...but not so much after about 7, 8 months. She started hating being covered, so I just always made sure I was wearing layers so I could lift one without showing any skin (flab).

I always nursed in public... I used my ring sling as a cover. I'll NIP with this one too.

I nurse in public without a cover all the time. Did with Rylan and still do with Amelia. I doesn't bother me at all.

Np. I never felt coordinated enough, and I didn't have a cover.

I did NIP, mostly with a cover. DH was not comfortable with me nursing without a cover. Sometimes I'd sit in the car and nurse w/o a cover though.

I did, ususally with a cover or sling. I'm pretty shy so I think it was pretty much the same with both. I've nursed in the car too. I remember once I was nursing Eli in the Fred Meyer parking lot and a man saw me sitting there and just glared at me like he hated me. Weirdo.

It's usually men who have a problem with these things, isn't it?

I do. No cover. Hate them and my babies too.

I would say I was a little more self conscious with Seb at first but not anymore.

I NIP with cover but not very often. Breast feeding didn't come easy for us so I didn't manage the whole cover and latching very well...

I found it easier with baby 2.
But I did usually have a blanket to aid with some covering.

Rachael, do you find that Europeans have a more relaxed attitude to NIP ?

I NIP no problem with Ryan and David. I usually halfheartedly threw a little blanket over myself. I usually would try a lot harder to keep covered in church. I'm not sure why.
