Do you think it's ok for your LO to wear opposite gender undies if that's what they want?

I have some of those thick Gerber panties that are pink that Simon wears in a pinch.
I also remember wanting to wear spiderman undies as a kid.

So yeah, I don't have a problem with it.

Dakota is wearing Green Lantern undies now. She has both girl and boy one. She picked the superhero ones.

MIL took her to the store to buy girly undies and she cried and cried because she wanted Thomas undies instead of the princess ones. I don't think it's worth the battle.

^ Agree...it's not worth the battle. Grace loves Spiderman, and she would be all over Spiderman undies if she were picking them out. She also loves Thomas, too.

I wouldn't buy girls underwear for Major, but I don't think there's anything wrong with wearing the other genders undies at this age.

If Eli kicked up a fuss and wanted princess underwear, I'd probably buy it. No one sees his underwear anyway. Heck, if he wanted to wear a pink tutu I'd let him too.

Ditto. I wouldn't intentionally buy her boy's undies and I'd tell her those are for girls and those are for boys but if she threw a fit about it, i wouldn't fight it.
