Monday-- Spaghetti and Meatballs
Tuesday-- Tuna helper (turkey wrap for me because I think tuna is repulsive)
Thursday-- Crock pot pork chops w/ mashed taters
Friday-- Tacos/taco salad
Saturday-- Mac and cheese
I was supposed to try and plan meals yesterday but all I did was lay in bed. I see the same in today's forecast. We are starting, as an entire family, paleo route ASAP. Doing whole30 basically. So, it'll be interesting planning this.
We, as a family, switched to a vegetarian meal style and meal planning and shopping is very complicated now.
Last night I made pumpkin pottage with toast and some hummus with veggies.
Tonight we are having portable mushroom sandwiches with pesto and cheese.
I have thin pizza crusts in a fridge, I guess it will be pizza night on Wednesday
For the rest I need to check and find something new to eat.
Monday was find whatever you can in the short amount of time before we had to take Nathan to Religious Ed class. Some had Mac and cheesse, some had cereal.
Tuesday I actually cooked and we had spaghetti and green beans. Holy smokes that new stove is FAST!!! The can of spaghetti sauce had boiling edges in about 1 minute! Will definitely have to be careful!
Wednesday the kids had McDs that I picked up on the way to drop them at my mom's so we could go look at carpet and furniture.
