Is it ok to re-use baby bottles for the next baby? I'd obviously change the nipples but just wondering if it would be just better to replace since the plastic may be old? Some are still relatively new...so im just not sure. I also have glass bottles...are those ok to keep?
I have tons of things to go through to see what I can recycle and what needs to be tossed....plan to replace all the washcloths and towels and sheets....any other tips or suggestions?
I have a few drop ins bottles that I plan to use again...unless she doesn't like that kind and we need to get something else. I figured with the drop ins, the outer part doesn't come in contact with the milk anyway, so it should be fine. I'd think glass bottles should be fine to reuse...I'd sterilize and use. I did buy all new nipples. We threw out all the pacis and got new ones. I also got new breast pump parts.
i bought all new plastic bottles. I didnt even bother saving Trey's old bottles. I would have, if they were glass...but since i bought all plastic bottles, i just figured they were cheap enough to buy a couple again when baby #2 came along.
I guess it'll depend on what she takes too...i had to try so many diff kinds with J. I guess i can sterilize the ones in good condition and the glass ones and if she likes them, i can buy new ones. I def wouldn't reuse pacis...debating whether i should even use one this time.
