I can't lose weight without exercise. The last time I was fit I was running about 20-30k per week (not all at once). Since I moved even further away from work, badly sprained my ankle and then got pregnant first with a miscarriage and then with Eli, I can't get my weight down. I refuse to diet any longer and now just eat healthy as much as possible, gluten free, minimal meat, no eggs or dairy and all whole and homemade foods. I'm pretty sure my previous yoyo dieting lifestyle was the real cause of my gallbladder problems. The problem I have now is I just don't have time to exercise other than my lunch break because of Daryn's crazy sports schedule. DH is her coach so I have to exercise with Eli. This was a lot easier when he was in a stroller.
