Have you saved everything or will you be buying new?
We had a garage sale two weeks ago and pretty much sold EVERYTHING. We still have the travel system, crib, and bouncy seat, but otherwise will have to get new.

We too have everything. If this little one is a girl, then I will need all new girly things. If this one is a boy, I will need more clothes as they will have been born in different seasons. Also, I like all the boys to have had their own nursery theme. So new bedding is on the list.

if we have a boy we are set. we dont even have to get a room ready...our son is moving into a new room (already planned before we got this bfp) we are doing his room in the pottery barn Dr Seuss theme (its so cute!!)so his old set will be free to use. his old bedroom will stay the same if new baby is a boy. its decorated to match his pottery barn Fishing theme and i really like it so i'd be happy to use it again for son #2 we would just need a new crib and dresser.
if its a girl we would need clothes, blankets, burp cloths ect and a new crib and dresser. however a few months ago we were in the process of becoming foster parents and were hoping to adopt a toddler girl in the future so we already have a crib bedding set along with a few decorations...so we are set there as well. we would just need to repaint DS old bedroom.
all our main gear like our travel system is gender neutral.

I actually just bought the infant carrier. I never got to get one with Israel (he used his sister's Touriva and is getting a Radian 65 soon). Other than that, I just need to knit some girly longies if it's a girl, and make some pretty purple/pink diapers. And buy some dresses/shirts if it's a girl. I want a few pink blankets too. If it's a boy I'll still buy some clothes since I did get rid of some of Israel's smallest shirts, but I still have all his tiny longies and diapers. We co-sleep, so no nursery prep or anything to do. The big kids are going to get bunk beds probably. And if it's a boy I'm going to get a new Baby Ktan because mine is pink and I really want a different color. Actually, I'll probably get a different color anyway.
We just ordered our new stroller too, but the baby won't ride in it until probably 6-7mo.

We are reusing all the gear that we used for Thomas. Most things are very neutral. We will change the nursery though. I already have a bedding set that I bought on sale that I haven't used, so if it's a boy we will use that one.
We will need new clothes because of the different seasons though.

Well, since it's been 5 years ago, we dont have much of anything left! I'd like to get new things anyways since they have come out with neater things the last 5 years. I have ALOT of the girls clothes left from when they were lil but they were born in May so their small stuff is summery which will be opposite of this one. Since Izzy was so small, some of the small stuff was fallish/wintery though. So we'll pretty much have to get new clothes for both but for a boy for sure.

I have everything.
We'll probably be replacing clothing, though, especially if it's a boy. By the time it gets to this one, my son and both of my nephews will have used what's left. Plus, both of my children were late spring babies and this will be a winter baby.

With the exception of a crib, changing table, stroller, and pack n play, we will have to start over. Maybe even a new crib, too! Our youngest is 2 1/2, and will probably be in it for a few more months. (he has Autism, and needs to jump to go to sleep, and gets a sense of security from being enclosed in the crib. Hopefully the crib will hold up, since we just bought it!) I'm actually looking forward to buying all new baby stuff! Our two youngest got tons of hand me down, so we didn't have to buy anything. I'm not complaining, but it would be nice to actually pick everything out myself.

We got rid of most of the baby stuff, so need to replace things.
I'm most looking forwards to building up a cloth diaper stash for a newborn again.

If it's a boy we should be ok - if it's a girl we are going to need mostly new stuff. But the bedroom is all neutral so we should be ok there. But New clothes but it's so much better to shop for girl clothes then boy clothes! So much more variety

My first isn't even a year old yet, so I have EVERYTHING-- well, except an infant seat. We gave that to a friend once we moved to the convertible seat as we weren't planning another LO for a few years. Clothes will have to all be replaced regardless of the sex since my first is a summer baby. I'm planning to redo the nursery for the new little one, so that will all have to be redone, and Mason's things will need moved into his new little room-- which is currently a little cubby space and it needs insulated, drywalled, heated/cooled...Oh Lord- this baby's going to cost us money!
