peeing your pants while pregnant is more common than women will admit. Some women lose the urge to pee and it just comes out. But they recommend getting a test to make sure not a UTI or kidney infection if no urge. I have never not had an urge to pee...I have leaked a little when laughing or something though.

It might just be really watery cm too. It's pretty darn copious during pregnancy.

I have a hard time controlling leaks. When I am throwing up I pee all over myself Sneezing, coughing, laughing triggers it too. It's pretty normal when you have a baby pushing on your bladder

Were you really busy? When I teach sometimes I don't notice that I have to pee until the day is over and all of a sudden I'm dancing my way to the bathroom.

As long as its not amniotic fluid, no worries. We've all had our situations like this...Laughing. Sneezing. Whatever.

LOL sorry! It started with my first pregnancy around 8 weeks, and it's gotten even worse. At my 3rd pregnancy, I have to cross my legs and squeeze before I sneeze or cough.

Kegals shmegals who actually even remembers? LOL I try to but Ive got a billion other things on my mind its hard... And yes, we all pee when we sneeze while pregnant. Might want to buy some extra undies. Towards the end I had to change them a couple times a day and it was very annoying!

easiest way to explain..go to the bathroom sit on the toilet and stop your pee. You obviously dont have to sit on the toilet..but that iwll help you identify the muscles you need to use..then go nuts..I know there is a certain way to do it ie: flex kegal muscle 5 times and hold..I dont know what it is though..I just go nuts..I have been doing them for years..though never the proper way lol..maybe that is my problem
