I swear I've felt movement like 3 or 4 times thus far. I remember that first weird, twinge feeling with DS and I've felt it 3 or 4 times so far and I just can't believe that this is movement, but I don't know what else it could be. It feels exactly like I remember. It comes without warning and doesn't last long at all....
What else could it be? Has anyone else ever experienced this? I am crazy, huh?
I'm pretty sure the baby is still too small to be felt at this point. Although, given that you're more aware of the sensations and know what it feels like, I wouldn't think it's impossible. Probably not a full kick, but feeling a little stirring down there maybe.
If I'm a bit gassy or have a stomach bug, I do get similar sensations to having a baby kick lightly, could it be that? I've had moments when I was definitely NOT pregnant, that I've put my hand on my tummy instinctively to feel the movement, when it was only a gas bubble LOL.
There are some twinges for me. It's more muscular and due to an expanding uterus, methinks. Once in awhile I'll get up too fast from sitting and be, like, OW! It's a sharp pain but not at all like an AF cramp. It's more like I am a doll that's got a seam up the middle and someone's pulling on the thread.
I'm pretty sure it's too early. I started feeling movement with my last one at 12 weeks and the one before at 13 weeks, and even then the doctor said it was almost too early. It's probably just muscle twiches or gas. But it is fun to think it might be the baby!
Yes, it's gas bubbles. It can feel exactly like a baby moving. I felt the twins around 14 weeks, but some have felt their LO a week or so sooner. It depends where the baby implanted and have been told it depends on your size. I'm very petite and felt them early.
Sadie - March preemie mom was due in June and is currently TTC!
GAS! lol. i feel it too, it's most likely just cuz you want to start feeling it. i think a 2nd or 3rd time mom can feel starting around 12-14 weeks, most likely later though. my second i felt at 14 weeks
