My nose is sooo stuffy! Everyone I talk to asks me if I have a cold. I feel fine, I'm just stuffed up.

Oh I have this symptom big-time! It's gotten a little better the last couple of days. Unfortunately the only thing that helps me is Afrin nasal spray, which I read is safe in pregnancy (aside from the fact that it can be habitual after awhile). I only take it if I need it to sleep, because I literally cannot breathe when lying down most nights. Blowing my nose, steam, saline, and all the other usual fixes don't help, because it's more the puffy membranes than actual snot causing the problem. I read that only about 20-30% of women have this problem. Lucky us

Whew! Glad I'm not the only one! I mentioned it to my mom and she thought I was nuts.

I get it at night, conveniently right before bed haha. I've also had 2 nosebleeds this week that come out of no where...are you ladies having this too?

I have had sinus drainage. It was actually making my m/s worse! Snot would run down so much that it would make me sick! I finally found some medicine to take care of it and have been drinking Mt.Dew to help break it up. My m/s has gone down almost 100%!!! I'm starting to feel halfway normal again!

someone brought this up earlier in my PR chat. you should try breathe right strips, they work pretty well and are drug free. i make my dh use them at night because he snores and they help a lot. be careful with Afrin, my father in law abused it for years (not saying that you are abusing it) but he is addicted to it and can't even breathe w/o it.

It's not too bad, but the last couple of weeks I was always stuffed up. Mine was more snot than just being puffy though, thankfully it's clearing.

Tried the strips. Didn't work for me...maybe for someone without a deviated septum
