Jess- I would be so mad if they told me that!!
I go for my big ultrasound on August 24th. I will be 16 weeks and 3 days. I hope that we will be able to determine the gender for sure by then!

I think this is why my doc doesn't do the big ultrasound until right around 20 weeks...mine will be 20w3d, so I hope it's right on!
A friend of mine was told at 20 weeks that she was having a girl, only to find out 2 months later that her girl was actually a boy. She loves her son, but she said that traumatized her. Surely hope that doesn't happen to any of us!!!

Most doctors or u/s techs won't tell you unless they are 100% sure but there are some who will kinda guess.... this is why I am going to a private place this time as I can go back as many times as I want to double check

I can't wait to have my scan! I am "thinking" I will be joining team blue...just a gut feeling. Chinese gender thing says girl and so does my family...but I disagree!!
