I have gotten a few with this pregnancy, and I got them terrible with DD. As soon as I felt one coming on, I would take 2 tylenol and drink 1/2 of a caffeinated soda. That seemed to help a bit, but usually sleep was the best thing for me. I hope the headaches let up for you soon!

I had a whopper last night, and I don't usually get headaches. I just went to bed and slept it off. my understanding is that they are caused by estrogen.

Hope they subside for you!

Make sure you're getting lots of water (dehydration can cause headaches or make them worse) and that you're eating snacks regularly - I get a headache when I'm hungry. I've always believed that a little caffeine and sugar helps painkillers work better, so taking some Tylenol w/ 1/2 of a real coke might help. Sleep is good, too - I get migraines, and a nap is the only thing that will help.

Hope you start feeling better soon!
