Makes 8 servings. Each serving: 1 Serving. cals: 90kcal | fat: 1.5g | carbs: 18g | prot: 5g
Stuff you need:
1/2 cup Sugar
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Free (sugar-free. the light is also okay but the full fat kind is too dense for this recipe)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract or 2 tbsp Strawberry Extract
NOTE: Graham cracker crust not included in nutritional information! Please consider this when calculating your own stats. I make my graham cracker crust with 6 TBSP of Honeymaid Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crumbs and 1 1/2 TBSP of melted Reduced Fat Margarine. Mini instructions: Melt margarine, mix in graham cracker crumbs until fully combined, press into bottom (will not cover sides) of pie tin.
1. Mix softened cream cheese, vanilla and sugar in bowl
2. Whip until soft peak forms (very important, must have NO lumps)
3. Fold cool whip into mixture
4. Spoon into graham cracker crust
5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
6. Eat & Enjoy!
