This recipe is so easy and tastes soooo good!

Ingredients:
5-6 apples, peeled & sliced
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup melted margarine (or butter if you prefer)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup raisins or nuts (OPTIONAL)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fill a deep pie pan 2/3 full of apples.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon on top.
In a small bowl, combine 3/4 cup margarine, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1 egg.
Pour over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Let me know how it turns out!

Oh and I forgot to add, the optional ingredient if you choose to use it, goes best mixed in with the apples.

I didn't have any nuts or raisins or I would have used them
and fyi, this needs and edit: "Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp sugar on top."

I'll post a pic when it comes out of the oven

Yeah I did haha

Soooo......... Marc kinda dug into it right after I took it out of the oven and I couldn't snap a picture in time. I can't find my digital camera so I took it with my phone. It tastes a lot better than my phone makes it look lol And now my house smells fantastic

Haha I ended up having 1 huge pink lady apple, 2 granny smith apples and 2 macintosh apples. So it is an awesome mix of tangy and sweet apples. So yummy
