Ok. I hate writing about my bodily fluids, BUT my urine is sooo dark right now. I went to wipe and I almost got scared that it was brown spotting, but it was just urine . Anyone else experiencing this? I'm guessing I need more hydration, but does anyone got any other ideas what could be causing it? If it was a UTI it would be painful right?

It could either be a sign of a UTI - quite common in pregnancy, or you need to pee more often and stay hydrated better Hope it's not a UTI and you just need more water!

UTIs don't always hurt, but try drinking more fluids and see if that helps first.

I agree with drinking more water. And cranberry juice.

Be careful when buying Cranberry juice. Often times it's not 100% juice because cranberries are very tart. The key word is cocktail. If it has that, it has sugar added. Look for a blend with apple juice or just drink the straight cranberry juice.

Thanks ladies. It's normal looking today, so maybe I was just a bit dehydrated last night! Hard to believe I can be dehydrated with the amount of water I'm drinking lately jeesh! If it looks like that again I'll get some cranberry juice.

I also read that sometimes foods with "dark" tints - like beets or blackberries - can color urine. Beets are a definite culprit for me.

Happy that things "cleared up" for you!!!!
