So ever since I found out 2 weeks ago, I've been waking up at crazy early hours in the morning, 3am, 3:30am...and find myself unable to get to sleep. Sometimes its because I'm just not tired and sometimes its because my worrywart brain goes into overdrive. I find this odd because I'm still recovering from this sinus/cold thing and usually I'm so wiped out when I'm sick that waking up LATE is exhausting.
Is this a hormonal thing? Does anyone else have this? I'm just curious.
I have this! I am sooo tired at the end of the day and fall asleep ok, but after just a few hours my eyes open and I'm awake (and believe me this is very unusual for me I'm a good sleeper!). Can't answer your questions about it being hormonal or not, but I wanted you to know your not alone!
I am dealing with this. When I am pre-menstrual and hormones are shifting I end up with insomnia the week before and of my period. I am attributing this to hormones as well and hopeful that once my body adjusts to the onslaught of pregnancy it will stop. I was wide awake at 2:30 this morning
I fall asleep SO quickly but I am tossing and turning ALL NIGHT. Last night I was up from 3-5... and I was SOOO tired, but I just couldnt sleep. I wasnt even stressing about anything. Just been waking up alot.
I noticed that too! I thought it was the time change, but could be pregnancy related. I've been waking up at 3-3:30 every morning. Its driving me nuts because I'm tired again by 6 AM when its time to get ready for work!
