is this in your prenatal? i was taking before i got pregnant, but i see it isnt listed in my prenats ingrediants.

anyone take this?

Nope, and I wasn't taking it before. This is an enzyme that is normally produced in the body, but levels go down with age, some medications and some chronic diseases like heart conditions, Parkinson's disease, cancer, diabetes and AIDS/HIV. It's pretty controversial whether people with low CoQ10 should be supplementing because there hasn't been much research to show if it benefits or not. There are some conditions that they have found might be improved by supplementation, but I'm not concerned about taking it myself.
