It seems like whenever I take my prenatal vitamins, I feel really sick to my stomach. I've tried taking it with food. Any other suggestions on how to make this better? It feels like a small torture every time I take it, and to be honest yesterday I skipped it just to have a day off from feeling terrible.
I take mine a night, but also with all my pregnancies they have told me if its to hard I can take 2 flinstone vitamins haha. So on the days it's really hard I take two of my Daughters Gummy ones haha. IF you take two they have all the same stuff you need. My sister in law takes them too.
I honestly skipped my vitamins for the past 2 weeks. I'm trying to eat sensibly to make sure the baby gets what it needs. I even got some chewable kiddie vitamins, but I couldn't even take them. I guess I should try again but I hate even thinking about that LOL

I always take mine before bed, and have honestly never had troubles - I've literally been on them for about 4 years now (through my m/cs, DS, BF'ing, and now again). But I don't take a name brand... I take the Costco brand of Materna, and they seem very gentle.
