After all the poking and proding last night my bleeding picked up. It's been heavy (although not the 2 pads an hour heavy worthy of the ER). This late afternoon early evening I started camping, but it wasn't sharp...nor was it as bad as AF cramping...it was just cramping... Maybe a 3 or 4 on a scale of 1 to 10. Normal AF cramping for me is usually a 5 or 6. A little while ago though the cramping died down and I passed a pretty large blood clot. I'm pretty sure that was it. I haven't gone to the ER and I don't think I will yet. They'll do everything they did last night and I'm pretty sure that's about it. I'll go have my blood drawn tomorrow like I'm supposed to and go to the OB on the 19th so they can tell me what I'm pretty sure about already. DH says if I'm still bleeding heavy tomorrow he's going to take me to the ER though.

I hope I'm wrong, but I'll keep you ladies posted either way. I just feel like something is just not right...like I'm just empty. Ugh.

I am so sorry. If you are having a miscarriage you will have heavy bleeding for a couple days then maybe low or spot for a week or more after that. If you are still bleeding heavy after more than a week you will need to get check out and they may need to do a D&C if there is any remaining tissue.
My first miscarriage was a natural one and happened 7w4d and I never had any cramping. I was bleeding and everyone told me that is normal and fine as long as you are not cramping.
Because of how early you are it will probably just be like a really heavy period.

Once again I am so sorry joining the loss boards really helped me.

I'm so sorry to hear that. That's exactly how my m/c happened. You need to call your OB and tell them what happened and get in sooner than the 19th. You don't want to risk any kind of infection.
