I completely knew for over a week before I tested at 12 DPO. I had a ton of symptoms and just felt the difference. With my first son it was the same way. With my 2nd I didn't know until I went to the doctor for my TMJ and Surprise! LOL, but I was still breastfeeding then.

I just knew, but since I don't know exactly when I O'd, I could have just been expecting it before that point. I tested sooo many times too early but I refused to give up because I just knew haha. I ended up getting a BFP (according to my due date) at 10 DPO I think. (Concieved on Dec 12th, got my BFP Dec 22nd). But I took WAY too many tests before getting my BFP. lol. I just knew, but I was just waiting on the lines. DH bought me a bottle of Rum Island Iced Tea (I'm not a drinker. I asked him for sweet tea, thinking like Red Diamond, and this is what be brought me) and I refused to drink it until AF or my BFP came. I was just convinced. Haha.
Yes, I somehow did. We weren't planning, and thought we were being careful. But after a slight mishap (I won't go into details here, lol) I swear I knew. A couple days later, I had the weirdest kind of pain cramping in my right side. I thought, "Oh no, there better not be a baby being made in there!" It scared me enough that I took a pregnancy test 5 days before my period was due...sure enough, it was positive! (You can tell by my fear that I wasn't really wanting or expecting another child, after my miscarriage in September, I realized I was DONE. Whoops!).

I also just knew. We weren't wanting another one and considered our family complete so when i miscalculated in the heat of the moment and then figured it out two days later I knew I would end up pregnant. Now though I'm so excited for this baby, I was really sad at the thought of being done but logistically it made the most sense.
