I bought a boppy body pillow(for me of course!), a nursing cover, and outfits on sale at Kohls. We also went and looked at travel systems. We know which one we will buy, but want to wait for now.

I found a Thanksgiving bib for 90 cents. I also bought a Thanksgiving onesie that says, "Baby's First Thanksgiving," for $1.20. The last outfit I bought is a white sleeper with little turkeys all over it for $2.00. The outfits were both for 3 months, so I hope they will fit.

I will totally go crazy once we find out the sex. I just won't be able to control myself!

I haven't bought anything, but I will have very little to buy anyway. I've been tempted to get some diapers because I found some on DS, but I'm feeling like I'll jinx myself if I buy anything too early, so I'll hold off another few months. I did buy a body pillow for myself for sleeping.

So far I've just purchased 15 cloth diapers from the Cloth Babies BG sale. I won't buy anything till much later, prob after I know the gender. And stop feeling sick all day every day.

I have not bought a single thing and won't do so until after the first trimester. I have zero reason to be so paranoid and I know things can still go wrong after that first benchmark, but I'm still being a little superstitious nontheless. My future MIL bought onesies the other day and it freaked me out a little bit, LOL. I co-own a local company that rents out baby & children's equipment and have unused overstock in a lot of items like high chairs, swings, etc., so I won't need to buy any of that stuff. But I will need a crib, co-sleeper, and then all of the smaller incidentals (clothes, diapers, bottles, etc.). I'll probably wait until my 20 week scan to really shop.

I've totally been trolling my sisters/friends for their items. So far I've secured a jogging stroller, some sort of baby bouncer, my grandfather's bassinet and high chair, my sister's baby gate (which she got for her puppy) and a whole lot of girls' clothing -- here's hoping we have a girl or an open minded boy!

I am seriously tempted by a 50% off sale to get a set involving a crib, changing table and dresser. Is it too early? Do these things go on sale regularly?

I've also been promised at least three baby blankets and a set of lamaze books/dvds.

When I see baby deals while pregnant I jump on them. It seems ot me things are on sale all the time, when I'm not pregnant

Wow!! I have so much planned but we haven't really purchased anything.....Waiting till after showers to buy any big stuff....and waiting till at least 2nd trimester to buy anything....I keep looking though!! If I found an unbelievable deal on something I would buy it though!!....I agree Neutral stuff is hard to find....I still always feel like it leans one way or the other!! LOL!!...

My hubby is painting the nursery closet right now!! He is installing new shelving for it....so we wanted to paint it first!!....sorry.....can't be around paint!! LOL!!

Dani, I'm with you. I'm paranoid I'm going to have no baby and a bunch of baby stuff stacked in the closet.

However, We've started an Amazon baby registry. Neither of us wants a baby shower, but his mom and my mom both want to buy us stuff...so hopefully this way, we can get things we actually want. Mostly it is just a shopping list for me.

It includes:

a Baby K'tan
a billion different types of newborn-size cloth diapers
Star Trek onesies

Because I have my priorities in order.

I haven't bought anything yet. I have no need to until I find out the sex. If it's a boy, we will need lots of things. If it's a girl, then we already have all that we need.

I came really close to buying a newborn onesie at Wal Mart the other day. It was yellow and said "Mommy + Daddy = Me! " it was really sweet, but I decided not to spend the money.

I have bought anything yet but will probably start stocking up on diapers and bottle liners in the next couple weeks and getting Gage his toddler bed and another dresser so I can at least go ahead and rearrange his room. Once I find out the gender then i'll start going crazy on clothes (if its a girl, if boy we have alot) and there are a couple other things i'd like to get.

Wow, you guys have bought a lot! I haven't bought one thing. I was itching to buy stuff with DD, and ended up buying gender neutral sleepers and hats at 12 weeks. This time I'm going to wait until I know the baby's gender. If it's a girl, I don't need anything at all. DD was a July baby, so the clothes match up perfectly. I may add a few things to her wardrobe, but we'll mostly be concentrating on the nursery since that's all we will really need to do. If it's a boy, I will start buying clothes as soon as I find out.

Star Trek onesies are on my wish list too! I have gotten/bought a TON of stuff already because I just can't contain myself. We got a mobile that is motorized and plays really soothing music, and DH took the stuffed fish off of it and is refitting it with some Star Trek ship micro machines, lol!

A good friend of mine gave us a crib and pack and play for free. I bought a crib mattress and a sheet. We got a stroller for $10 at a resale shop (nice Graco one) and I got a really great deal on an infant carseat for $34 that happens to snap onto the stroller even thought the colors don't match! (Graco snugride). We got a changing table that came with a pad for $15 also. Other than that I have bought 2 packs of the G Diaper biodegradable inserts, and six size medium G Diaper covers. I really was itching to buy the G Diaper newborn starter set, but DH is convinced someone is getting that for us for our shower. I also got some of the First Years Breastflow bottles and a bottle warmer. As soon as I find out the gender, I am sure it will be ON for clothes shopping!!!
