Does anyone else have any issues with getting enough fluids to drink during the day?

I am normally a very low fluid drinker when not pg, seriously, I could run 6 miles in the morning, go all day and still not have had anything to drink, then maybe have something to drink with dinner. I can eat a meal without having any liquid to drink. I know that isn't real healthy to do, I just don't have much thrist.

Any tips for trying to drink more fluids now? I can't drink plain water and I have to stay away from citrus drinks like apple juice, etc because of heartburn. I don't want soda because it has too much sugar in it and I don't think I could drink 8 glasses of milk in a day.

Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem. My main problem is water. I can drink everything else just fine pretty much, but water just doesn't appeal to me. Can you maybe try some lemon in your water? I know that's citrus but idk if it'll give you heartburn. Ice? Popsicles? Fruit? Maybe try some different kinds of juices, like hawaiian punch or capri suns?

I drink a lot during the day. Just remember, you don't have to have water for it to count as fluid intake. As long as it's caffeine free, it counts. So if you can do flavored water, but not plain water try that. Or fruit juice, milk, etc.; just whatever you can tolerate.

I have been living off these for the last week! It really helped when I couldn't keep anything down when I was sick last week, and it's helping now while I have this insufferable cold. Blue is the bessssst!

I am the same way and having a tough time. I purchased the crystal light pure. I am not comfortable with aspartame or the other artificial sweeteners. This crystal light is free of that, and I want to avoid all the calories in juice and sodas.

I just discovered today that while I CAN'T tolerate plain water or plain apple juice (or just about anything liquid), I CAN keep down 1/2 water, 1/2 apple juice. So keep trying different things.

Also, always having something nearby that has water/juice/etc in it helps. If you've got a glass of water next to you while you're on the computer that you can sip at it's easier than having to remind yourself to go to the kitchen and get a glass

yeah I am having trouble with this. Lot of different drinks make me sick, and I just can't do that much water. I use to drink these sparkling waters with flavor but they have aspartame in them and I thought we weren't suppose to have aspartame so I have been staying away from it.
