Good to hear Amelia is doing well! Feeling LO move is quite reassuring and definitely lifts the spirits, so I'm glad you can feel her!

Is it really cloudy where you are? I know in the northern part of Cali, we hadn't really seen the sun for like a month until yesterday. It's such a great mood booster. I am feeling down lately with growing but not showing so much and the sun being out has REALLY made a difference. I open up all our blinds and let it fill up the room. I go out if I can, but it's still real cold!

it has been nice and sunny out here. but it is still real chilly at night. but i am definitely enjoying the weather it dose definitely lifts my moods. i really do enjoy feeling my L/O move she always makes my days as well as my son when he is being in his cranky moods as he calls them. i am trying my hardest to not let the sudden mood changes get to me but i often find myself laying in my keeping to myself. but i am doing my best

I am sorry you're having such a hard time. I am bipolar, too so I can understand. I had a really difficult time with DD. Are you sure there isn't anything your doctor can prescribe you? My pysch told me if I need it, there are a couple of different things that are considered fairly safe during pregnancy, so maybe you want to look into that. Sometimes the benefit of taking the meds really do outweigh the risk.

I am glad to hear that baby is doing well, though! That's good news!

i have talked to the psych and he wants to hold off until dd is born. its definitely harder this time around with a girl then it was with my son. i definitely dont want the depression to get as bad as it did after i had ds. so when i go see the psych in may i will talk to him about starting meds earlier then plan, i was just really hoping that i could breastfeed for longer then i did with ds. are u currently taking meds for the bipolar disorder

No, I am not on meds but as soon as I start feeling myself spiral downward, I will go back on meds and I continue to BF while on them.
