Well I kind of had my heart set on a crib for the longest but I found out that the crib doesn't have matching toddler rail or the bed conversion kit when I want to turn the bed into a full bed. Well it does and you can order it but they clam they don't have them in stock, well its been this way for a while. And for a crib that cost this much I would want everything matching. And it also turns into a full bed. I was thinking if the doctor gives me the okay to have another child and lets say this time around its a girl then the next time its a girl too. I'd want them to share a room. I don't think two full size beds would fit good in there. And if by any chance I have a third or we adopt it just won't do. I plan to put two in one room and the other one in the other room.

This is the crib I have my heart set on.

And I've been trying to look at mini cribs because I see this is the only cribs that can be converted into a twin. Have you used one, did you like it?

Are mini cribs big enough to be used by the baby until it can be converted?

This is what I forgot to ask. I am not sure. I would like to know though. Because I don't want to buy something now, then get something else later.

have you checked other websites/stores to see if they have the same crib and all the parts?

also if you have two of the same, when they are younger they can share a double bed. My girls are 8 and 6 and still usually sleep in the 1 double bed, rather then apart.

I don't like how the convert into a full size bed b/c I'll have the same problem with that size being too big. I guess we'll just have to buy a twin bed later on. Is that an option since you have to buy the rails and mattress anyway for the full size bed? That's all you need for a bed really.
