I had my first OB visit today... and found out that I will be going to two drs now
My OB & a peri so I will be going to a lot of Drs visits.

I have another ultrasound in 2 weeks at the Peri and in 4 weeks at the OB.

They are deciding if I get another cerclage ( Peri) and my OB says he doubts I will make it past 32 because of Twins and my cervix.
I have had all early births before never lasting past 36 weeks. So he says this will be a very hard pregnancy.. Oh yey...

Glad everything's ok with you and the babies, but sorry you'll be running all around town from now until they come!

So, what is a Peri? Hope that's not a dumb question.

Sounds like a mind busy appt. Not fun having to go to a ton of appts. but, imagine how often you will get to see your babies . How cool is that! Have you had a cerclage before?

Glad they are watching you so closely. I hope you can keep them longer than expected so they don't have to stay in the NICU. That is not a fun experience. Good luck.

All my babies have been Nicu Babies so this is why I have to go to the Peri and my OB. A peri is a dr that specializes in High Risk pregnancies .
I am lucky that I was always on the high end gestation for the NICU admits at 33-35 weeks for my kids.
I had a cerclage with my last pregnancy and it was horrible , had to have it removed early at 32 weeks.

Sounds like youll be pretty busy with appointments with this pregnancy!

I'm sure everything will be okay and since you've been down this road before that you kind of know what to expect.
