Just wondering if anyone else has had a sinus headache? I have never had one in my life...and OMG thank the lord! They are horrible. Anyway I get migraines once in a while, at the start of this pregnancy I got 4 in less than a month! Whew that was not fun...but anyway I just got over a cold but can't seem to shake this headache, just wondering what are some things I can try while being pregnant for a sinus headach (my eyes are killing me, bending forward is extremely painful, neck sorness and stiffness) and it's been 4 days now..I am going to the dr for my regular monthly check up...just wondering if anyone else has had one and what they've done. My first 2 pregnancies were amazing, this one has been a little tougher off the start (but I can't complain because some ppl have it really bad...so for those of you that do I am so sorry!!! And this is not me complaining lol) but now I am feeling great! I have energy again! haha..
Anyway any advise would be GREATLY appreciated! Especailly because I am sitting at a computer all day and that probably doesn't help matterS!
I know there are some over the counter meds you can take. But i would make sure with your dr. my dr gives me an rx for the headache the same time he gives me an rx for the infection b/c they always come together for me I feel like ever since we have been in VA i seem to stay with sinus issues

I always take a long hot (steamy!) shower and try to get outside for at least a few minutes. I've had a lot of sinus headaches this pregnancy. I find being well hydrated helps a lot too. I haven't taken any medication for it, mine don't usually last all day.
