I finally got around to posting my birth story in the sub forum.

I've been really MIA from JM since Kennedy's birth. Part of it is that I just haven't had much time to be online, and when I am, I'm doing research. I've also had a really hard time adjusting to everything. Her diagnosis came as such a shock and combined with all the postpartum hormones, I've been having a rough time. Hopefully as things settle down and reality sets in, I'll be around more. Kennedy had a follow up with the Cardiologist today and overall she was pleased with how she's doing. We go back in two weeks, and surgery is still looking to be 4-6 months away, with them leaning towards the 4 month mark.

I just finished reading your birth story...how amazing! I definitely understand why you've been MIA, but it's nice to hear from you. Keep us posted on both you & Kennedy when you have the time.
