Everyone is reccomending it to me, but what is it, has anyone tried it? When would I give it to him, how much, warm or cold?

I give Lily some in her last bottle of the night if she is having a really fussy night and it does seem to help. She seems to settle quicker, and I think the dosage is a tsp.

ETA: If your breastfeeding Im not sure how you would give it to him, maybe some of the other ladies have some ideas.

Sofie gets hers via a syringe when she gets up and before she goes to bed. I just tuck it back in her cheek and coax her into swallowing it. She doesn't usually give me too much trouble. The dosage is listed on the bottle. Also, relevant because we're in the same place, I found mine at the Health Hutt (one on Henry, one on M120 in NM) for cheaper than anywhere else has it. Yay.

I used to give it to Makenzie but stopped her after she started her reflux meds. We had to keep it refridgerated and gave it to with a syringe.

We keep it refridgerated, so it's cold. We give it in a syringe. They get it every time they have the hiccups, it's an instant cure. They also get it if they're being fussy for no obvious reason(i.e. clean diaper, fed, being held, but still upset). It really works and is natural, which is a requirement for me to give it to my babies.

Thanks so much ladies, that is so helpful (I had no clue what it was). I think that we will definately pick some up and give it a try. Thanks Mandi, I will probably stop there on the way home today.

It's basically ginger and fennel, and it settles their tummy's from gas, hiccups, or even acidic tummy due to teething (those nasty diaper rashes). If baby gags with the syringle, then try putting it in a bottle nipple a little at a time.
There are different brands of gripe water that differon refridgeration, so check your bottle for directions on storage. Caroline seems to prefer it at room temperature, but she's a terd with her pickyness! lol Can't WAIT to start trying to feed her. (insert sarcasm here. )

We tried it and he puked after having it. So it didn't work for us. I think Logan's tummy is extremely sensitive. I hope it helps Hudson.
