Whenever I pump I get breast milk on my shirts Any recommendations on how to get the stains out? The milk seems to stain some fabric more than others, but shout is not doing the job here...

I never really try to get it out, but I wonder if something like Bac-Out would work? Also, I learned to tuck a paper towel or something into the bottom of my bra under the pump flange because sometimes it dribbles and I hate being wet.

I wonder if a strong degreaser would work, cause I always thought that the reason it stains is cause of the fat content of the breast milk...

Sitting them in the sun works. Put the clothes through the wash and lay them in the sun to dry. It works great for poop stains, too.

I haven't tried this yet, but try setting your washing machine to a hot wash/rinse. My friend swears by this.

Also, just a tip --- to prevent spit up from getting on your clothes in the first place, try folding a receiving blanket in half and laying it on your chest so that your top is pretty much protected. Then hold LO chest to chest and burp....

Dreft sells a bottle of spray stain remover and I have had great luck with that at both getting out breastmilk stains and breast fed poop stains!
