I have read so many rave reviews on the rock n play but I just have a few questions as I am deciding if we should get one.
Rhett started out co-sleeping with us and he slept really well but I couldn't get any rest as I was always worried DH or I would roll on him. He is now in his bouncer beside our bed and he sleeps for 2 four hour stretches a night. I asked the health nurse if this was okay and she said no, he should be flat on his back.
So now I am torn. He is not fond of his crib or pack n play. I think he finds them too large.
So now finally my question... how does the rock n play differ from a regular bouncy seat? Has anyone had success transitioning from one to a crib?
Tegan loves her rocker. She sleeps so much better in a more upright position. I only wish I had had this when the boys were infants. Hands down it's perfect and the angle is ideal. She sleeps like a log in it and it's wonderful.
I like that it's high up off the floor unlike a bouncy seat. It's very well made and the best $60 I have EVER spent on any baby item.
You can always buy it, try it, keep the box and receipt and if you don't like it return it the next day or so
I've been looking for one here for weeks. They have been recalled in Ontario, but I'm not sure why. The one lady I spoke to at Toys R' Us said it was mostly likely a packaging error and that they would be back on the shelves eventually. Can you find them out West?
Micah LOVES his rocker, he sleeps wonderfully in it!! Its is just slightly reclined so that they are totally flat and it cozy so they don't feel all exposed in a big crib. I lay a soft blanket in mine and swaddle him and he sleeps like a dream!!
