I'm hungry today so I want to hear what yummy things you guys ate...

And for combination, would it be bad to hear the lbs you've gained this pregnancy? I'm kind of a snoop and I do things like look in really "fit" people's grocery carts to see what they are buying.

Here's what I ate:

Breakfast: Honeydew, blueberries, a whole wheat english muffin with butter and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.

Snack: A slice of foccacia bread with mascarpone cheese and berries.

Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, the crusts from my son's sandwich.

Snack: Venti skim iced chai from Starbucks. 1/2 slice of bread spread with leftover ricotta cheese, spinach and roasted red peppers.

Dinner: 1 cup of mixed veggies, 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa with lemon, olive oil, and fresh tomatoes, 1/4 cup of sloppy joe on whole wheat english muffin.

Dessert: 4 hershey's kisses, probably a nectarine and another slice of foccacia with mascarpone cheese and berries.

I've been hungry...very hungry...but I've been trying to make my calories mean something, kwim?

Here's what I've gained: 12lbs total this pregnancy. I'm expecting to put a few pounds on this week though, I've noticed that my weight stays very steady the first three weeks after my OB apts, and then like the weekend before an apt, I'll pack on an instant 3-4 lbs. I have no idea why it works like that...

Uhm, I had a bowl of fruit loops for breakfast, a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch, and a similac mom shake thing for dinner-ish because we don't have anything healthy to eat right now and I feel like I'm not getting enough nutrients.

I've gained 20lbs so far. Ugh. But I haven't gained any weight in the last four weeks, so that's good.

I've gained 15 pounds so far. I'm very happy with that number.

Breakfast -- Fruit and Yogurt Special K with 1% milk

Mid-morning Snack -- Butter croissant with melted chocolate chips in the middle. OMIGOSHSOGOOD.

Lunch -- Bean burrito and salad dressed with balsamic vinegar, Mrs. Dash, and feta cheese (YUM)

Afternoon snack -- rocky road cookies (yesterday the neighbor girl brought over the cookie dough I bought last month as part of her school's fundraiser) and a glass of 1% milk

Dinner -- something with chicken as I've got chicken breasts defrosted in the fridge. I also have fresh asparagus I'm going to roast.

I drink Powerade and water throughout the day as well. Despite having gained 3 pounds in the last 3 weeks, I no longer have protein in my urine (or at least, not enough to measure) and my blood pressure is the lowest it's been since I got pregnant (102/66)! I know I don't eat as well as I should but I seem to be doing well regardless.

We are matching each other pretty much in weight gain! I tend to fluctuate towards 15lbs, but at the OB I'm still at 12lbs (was just there the other day ).

And I've been craving warm cookies all week...and banana cake with fudge frosting (never had it before, but a friend went to her wedding cake tasting, casually mentioned this and I've been drooling over the idea ever since).

Crossing my fingers we both stay pre-e free! My BP and urine have been good so far as well...but this next apt will be the real decider for me in terms of whether I relax about it or not. My pre-e hit last time at 28 weeks . I had like plus 3 protein and my BP was 160/100. Blech. Bedrest brought me down to "normal enough to continue pregnancy until baby is full term". Don't want to repeat that.

I've gained 15lbs so far.

For breakfast I had a handful of fruitloops on the way out the door then stopped at dunkin for an iced coffee and bagel twist.

For lunch I had a steak wrap & french fries.

For dinner I had grilled chicken, baked (red) potato, and broccoli (again).

I'm currently working on watermelon.

Breakfast: Asiago bagel with cream cheese

Lunch: Denver omelet with skillet potatoes, wheat toast with strawberry jam, and cantaloupe

Dinner: Homemade chicken fried rice with 2 egg rolls.

I know, not the healthiest choices... but I've only gained 12 lbs!

Breakfast:

Whole milk/whole milk yogurt/fresh strawberries/blueberries/bananas smoothie, and a homemade cranberry orange muffin.

Snack: sliced apple and cheese

Lunch (late, we had a new fridge delivered today so we had all our food in coolers waiting for it) HUGE tray of sushi, LOL. Salmon, avocado roll, yellowfin tuna, flying fish eggs. Yum!!

Dinner: Didn't have anything since we had lunch around 4, but I'm hungry now so thinking I'm going to have a bagel with cream cheese.

Snack: 3 pepperidge farm raspberry milano cookies. Yum!

I've gained 8.5lbs this pregnancy so far.

Mama! What's up with that? You need to feed yourself and that baby! (and not lean cuisine!)

Crossing my fingers all 3 of us stay Pre E free! I actually had a little scare last friday where I had some blurry vision and went to the birth place with a BP of145/85 (baseline is 110's/60's) but no protein in my urine and blood work came back OK, after 2 hours of monitoring my BP was down to 122/76. I've been checking it at home daily and it's been pretty good since then.

My pre E started as PIH around 28 weeks and slowly climbed even on restricted activity until at 36 weeks they said enough was enough and I was induced at 36w5d.

Let's hope we all get to term this time with nooo complications!!

The past week, I haven't been hungry at all. I'm kinda force feeding myself. Yesterday was half a waffle, a salad and a piece of pizza for the whole day.

Twenty pounds does not a fatty make, my dear! Besides, the fact that you haven't gained anything in the past 4 weeks is quite the feat! Now's when most of us are quickly gaining, it seems. Post a belly pic -- we'll all ooh and aah over it and make you feel like the adorable mommy you are.

Breakfast - Cinnamon raisin bagel and pink lady apple
Snack - a slice of ice cream pie with berries
Lunch - egg salad sandwich on wheat and sauteed turnip
Snack - pink lady apple with PB
Dinner - Homemade veggie pizza and another piece of pie w/berries

umm.. and right now I am drinking a rootbeer float... it didn't seem like I ate that much crap until I typed it. I just can't seem to stay away from sweets! Anyway, I gained 25 lbs so far and haven't gained any in the past week. I seriously have no clue how you ladies eat so many veggies... every time I try they just taste like dirt. Surprisingly, the only veggies I don't hate are turnips, green beans and asparagus... seems strange!

For breakfast I had Carnation Instant Breakfast rice krispies.
For lunch I had a slice of pizza and some spaghetti covered in alfredo sauce.
For dinner I had teriyaki chicken, ramen, and mashed potatoes.

So far it depends on which weight you base it off of for how much I've gained... If you go by my start weight, I've gained 4 lbs, or if you go by the lowest weight I was this entire pregnancy I've gained 20 lbs. According to the doctor I've gained about 13 lbs.
