You're right- what is up with that?! I can't even count how many people have said, "It's gonna be a hot summer!" as they shake their heads and I can almost see them thinking to themselves, "Thank God I'm not her!" All I can say is, "Yep. Pretty much."

LOL I get the summer thing all. the. time. So when I say my due date, I also said, and YES, I do know that I'll be pregnant during the summer. I know it will suck. Thanks.

Hahaha Awesome!! Thank you for sharing this

I agree, I also get the "This summer is going to be miserable" ALL THE TIME. Yes. I know. That's why I have central air. And will be living in the house, or in the pool. K thanks.

I'm looking forward to being pregnant this summer!! So when people say that to me I'm always like, "I know, I can't wait!!!!!" I will LIVE in the swimming pool and the rest of the time spend my days in shorts and cooling off inside with watermelon, popsicles, ice cream and my personal a/c unit! Bring summer on!! Can't wait!!

I've been pregnant over winter the last 2 times and there is nothing worse than being huge and having to pile heavy winter clothes ontop of your already heavy body. Not to mention worrying about falling in the snow, rain, ect ect.. YUCK!

My current response to the summer thing is "I gave birth in July in TEXAS--this summer will be nothing in comparison....." Usually shuts them up

I agree! I am so glad she said that....looks like it happens to all of us....people are just so rude and inconsiderate....they would never speak that way to a woman who was not pregnant and overweight...so why would it be ok when you are pregnant? And yes we are growing another human being inside of us....so YES we will get bigger...its the only way...ok im done ranting for now

Thank you Jaidynsmum for my siggy!!
