This is a great one too, expecially if you like chicken wings!
3 packages of cream cheese
3 chicken breast cut into small strips (cooked)
1 small bottle of Mikes Red Hot (sauce) can use less if dont want too spicy
1 bag of shredded cheese, I use a mixture bag I think its the mexican mix
Preheat oven to 375
mix cream cheese, chicken and hot sauce together and put in baking dish top with cheese and put in oven. cook untill hot and cheese is nice and melty. usually 15-20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or Pita chips.
I also sometimes get the pre-cut chicken strips they have at most stores. They have a southwest on that works great, I get two packages.
(I also like to take the cream cheese mixture left overs and put on burgers for a buffalo burger type thing lol)
I love this stuff! We have a girl who makes this and brings it into work from time to time. I have renamed it "Crack Chicken Dip", because much like crack once you start you just can't stop! I could eat a metric ton of this dip!
