2-3 chicken breasts
jar of green olives
boil macaroni while baking chicken on 350 (15-20 minutes on each side)
slice olives while waiting, like into 4-5 thin slices, put back in jar in fridge (save some of the juice)
after mac is cooked strain it under cold water and then put in a bowl in the fridge
dice cooked chicken and then put in fridge also
after about 20 minutes take everything back out, mix 2-3 tablespoons (may need more or less) of mayo with the pasta, then mix in the chicken and olives. put in about 2 tablespoons of the olive juice
eat cold. good with some pepper on top
this sounds really strange but seriously trust me, its REALLY good. this is one of my family's favorite dishes for picnics and get-togethers. ENJOY!
