I had a tiny bit of pinkish spotting.. very light and just after I used the restroom last night.. and when I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom I had some light brown spotting when I wiped but nothing since. I haven't had ANYTHING since like 4 1/2 weeks when I had a tiny bit of like peachy spotting. I don't like it

Is there any way you could get checked out? Or go to the ER to get an U/S? I hope everything is ok! I had some really light spotting like that on and off during the first tri with my first.

I would just wait until Tuesday unless the spotting turns red or gets heavy. I'm sure its nothing to be worried about (but I also know you can't help but worry). Good luck. You're in my t&p.

I had some at 8 weeks with DS, everything was fine . The only thing is, if your blood type is negative, and your hubbys is postive, you need to get a shot with any bleeding you have.

We're both positive

Trying hard to relax here.. I'm also on progesterone suppositories which could be irritating my cervix I have heard? *fingers crossed* and going to rest lots between now and Tuesday!

I think relaxing is a great idea. Hope it's just the progesterone suppositories and everything's just fine!

Are you cramping? It doesn't seem like something to be concerned about from everything I've heard about pregnancy spotting. I know it's hard to see though. Many hugs...

oh bonnie you poor thing. Huge hugs pet, i think you should phone the ER and see what they say, just to put your mind at ease. Its prob nothing, especially as its brown, but its still upsetting for you.

I called and spoke with a doctor at the hospital. He said to just relax and come in if things change - like bright red, or saturating a pad within an hour, etc. He seemed to think the fact that I had made it this far this time was promising in itself. So, off to relax as best I can!

Oh, and I did have quite a bit of cramping yesterday and some today.. and some back ache more than normal but nothing absolutely unbearable.

I had some bleeding at 9w6d and went to the hospital. They did an u/s and all was well. I was told that a certain amount of bleeding/spotting is perfectly normal and could be caused by many different things. I know it's hard (and I was in hysterics) but do try to stay calm.

I had a little spot of blood when i wiped when i was about 8 weeks and when i went to the dr. it was coming from my actual cervix and the baby was fine. brown blood means old blood. the cramping sounds like growing pains. If you dont have any further spotting i wouldnt worry. I have never had spotting while pregnant ever and it scared me so i understand your concern its hard not to worry. KUP

I had the same thing when I was pregnant with DS - and even had the cramping...I just took it easy for that weekend and drank a lot of water....it eventually went away and all was well. I know it's hard not to worry -- but do your best! Sending sticky dust your way!!!

It seems to me that everything is ok. Just relax and try to not think about it. I hope everything is ok and let us know!
