My SO REALLY wants a girl. But he does not want to know the gender till the baby is born. Which is fine, I can and will respect his wishes. However, I plan on finding out. Hahaha.

Although this will lead to issues. He TOLD his family that he wants a surprise but I was finding out. Now they will hound me! But if I tell them, they will open their mouths and SO will find out. I was told that I was having a shower, so I know I will be hounded over that.

Grr... Why did he have to tell people that I was finding out?

You could always just tell them that baby didn't cooperate at the ultrasound and that you don't know.
