Last night well this morning I went into a cramping episode. Now at first I thought they were ligaments stretching but then they got worse and I thought okay maybe bh...but thought it was a little too early for that. Anywho they continued every 10 minutes for like 3 hours. I took 2 tylenol and a phenegran because I felt nauseous which of course put me to sleep. Then when I woke up this morning I continued to have them for about an hour but now they're non existent. Any idea what that could have been? I called my dr and he said it was just ligament pain and for me to drink lots of water but I'm wondering if you gals have a different theory.

I had cramps last week that sound like what you had, but they only lasted 1 hr. They were very pretty strong and close together. At first I thought it was ligament pain, but then I realized they were period-like cramps. They stopped an hour later and I haven't had them since.

I wouldn't worry unless there is blood involved.

It sounds scary and I am glad you are doing better. I love how they say every ache and pain is ligament related. Uggg...

Are you drinking enough water? I get pains all the time but I think it is cause I don't drink enough. I do think I have read though bh can start this early, boy that would make for a long pregnancy, hopefully it works itself out

Not drinking enough can cause cramps. Also round ligament pain .. baby is getting bigger now and so needs more room .. so things get squished and pushed out the way. Unless its accompanied by bright red blood then try not to worry .. but of course if it gets worse or you feel uneasy about it then do ring x

I've been like that the last couple days.. I chalk it up to growing baby and not drinking enough water so I've been drinking tons of water!

i had cramping about a week ago and talked to my doctor about it a few days later at my check up. She said there is nothing to worry about because they checked to make sure it wasnt causing cervical shortening....she said i could restart progestrone since it works as a relaxers. I told her as long as the cramping wasnt hurting anything then there was no way i would go back on progestrone.

Thanks ladies! I did start drinking a lot more water and things have seemed to slow down a lot. I still have them but I chalk those up to round ligament pains.
