So I'm pretty sure I've been feeling the baby on my right side. Its also the side where the doctor found the heartbeat. I feel a strange sensation there sometimes. My question is, "Do you think its possible that the baby is hitting my right ovary and that is what I'm feeling?"

I know my ovaries are very sensitive, and sometimes DH will hit them DTD. I talked to my OB about years ago, and she said that's a common thing, especially if the ovaries are low hanging, and that a lot of times once women get married, they will retract a bit.

Anyway, sometimes what I think is the baby kicking, feels like something is poking one of my ovaries. Just wanted the thoughts from you brilliant ladies!

Thanks!

I didn't even know that was possible!! Mine are pretty far to the left or right, so I don't see how DH could possibly come close to them. As for the baby, I'm not sure either.

I guess anything is possible. It oculd also be cysts on that ovary (very common) causing twinges here n there.
