My Kason just weaned about a week ago but I was having the pain too just as I did with my other pregnancies I nursed during. It's a hormonal thing so all you can do is deal with it and wait for it to pass unfortunately.

I'm still nursing my son, whose only 13 months. I was hoping to nurse him throughout the pregnancy, but he's acting like he's starting to wean, so I don't know if I'll be tandem nursing like I thought. Maybe he'll regain interest once Baby #2 is here andmy milk supply rockets again. But I agree----it hurts! It's gotten better in just the past week (not as senstive as they were) so it's not so miserable now! I hope it gets better for you soon!
