Hey girls, sorry I didn't post this earlier in the day, I think it's actually 6/1 where a lot of you are! It's been a busy day.
So, how was your week??
Kind of not so good...I didn't exercise at all. I think I'm down about 1 lb just from going on walks and such with Keith and trying to eat less. This week I'm starting p90x with my SIL. We can't do it every day like I think you're supposed to, but hopefully it'll help.
I might be down a pound or two. I was 141 at my 6 week check up, 142 at doc's last week and I think I weigh 140 on my scale, but those numbers could just be normal variation. IF my DH could be home more it would help, I'm so tired. I did run twice over the weekend.
