I'm a wahm. I tried being a sahm after my son was born, but I just needed something else to do. I know it may sound selfish but I was used to working and felt lazy sitting at home, but now I can sit at home and work

I work full time outside of the home... would love to stay home and maybe work part time once baby girl is here... we'll see though... I think the cost of daycare for 3 kids will shock dh into letting me stay home, lol...

I was a vet tech for over 9 years and worked while raising our 5 year old. Joined the military and now I am a stay at home mom and I own my own home business. Its so nice to have my own hours.

I will be a working momma. I'm a teacher so luckily I do have breaks throughout the year, I couldn't imagine working all year long having a little one! As much as I have been looking forward to this summer I'm already looking forward to next summer with my baby!

Eventually I would like to work part time but that will be at least 3-4 years down the road. Maybe after we have #2.

I am a working mom but I get to bring my DD to work with me, and I will bring this little one as well. I don't work quite full time though, usually about 30 hrs a week.

I am a SAHM, but I am really looking forward to getting back to work, probably when we move back to Australia, which is probably in about 2ish years

I work full time + right now. Would love to be a SHAM but if we get a new house that can't happen (I also make twice as much as hubby so it would be a huge sacrifice) I think I will work for a few more years and then maybe stay home when number 2 comes around.

I am sort of working from home, been looking for work, but that just seems to not be working out, so I am doing what I can. I also am a full time student, (almost done).

I am so lucky to be a wahm. I work remotely for a marketing company. I do have to travel at times for meetings but most of my time is spent working from home.

I am a SAHM of my little guys. They both have special needs so they are a full time job....and I would not have it any other way.

I've been a SAHM/wife since before our son was born.

I worked outside the home as a teacher until the end of May but will be taking this school year off. I am really excited to be at home for the early months with this baby and to have the summer before the baby arrives to spend with DD who is 4 and is very used to having all of our attention to herself.

I personally feel that being a SAHM is the hardest, most never ending but wonderful job anyone could ever do. I am busier as a SAHM than if I work outside the home.

I am a teacher - so i get a long summer break and nice breaks with the holidays. I love my job, so I can't imagine not working. Plus, I make more than DH, so it really is not feasible for me to not work - especially with insurance.

I am a part time working momma. I work about 25-30 hrs per week. My DH is applying for a new job this summer and if he gets a salary increase then I should be able to cut back to 20-25

I am a WAHM as a contractor so I set my own hours/work as much or as little as I want. I really consider myself a SAHM because of this even though I know 10hours/week still qualifies me as a WAHM (which is what I voted).
