What are your goals for this week? How did you do last week?
I lost 1.5 lb! Yay! I started Atkins Induction....I really miss brownies...but this sugar free jello keeps me from cheating. Going strong, and the carb withdrawals aren't that bad yet, my appetite has gone down, and I've eaten more salad in the last 3 days than the last 3 months, so I guess thats good. I miss brownies.
Start exercising tomorrow morning, at least 30 min 3 times this week.
Lose 2+ lbs.
I lost 4lbs! I think they finally came off after working out for a month. Now, I have been slacking this week so to the gym I go, tomorrow. 12 lbs to go. My goal is to go to the gym for the rest of the week and continue to eat healthy. I also cut out alcohol completely til I get to my goal weight. Hopefully, I can stick to all of this!
I didn't gain or lose anything... I've been slacking. :/ I love the gym, but can't go until DH gets back because I have nobody to watch Ethan. My goal this week is to cut out as many carbs as possible. Little to no pasta or bread. No sweets! And no eating after dinner.
I have been fluctuating up and down 3 lbs. This morning I was back down to 160. I have been counting my calories and not just eye balling it. DH and I have been walking nightly. I found sugar free pudding to be a really good very low calorie and very low carb snack that fills me up.
Goal this week: to get under 160 lbs. This is where I always get stuck!!
Continue walking and counting calories and carbs.
