What are your goals for this week? How did you do last week?

I lost 1.5 lb! Yay! I started Atkins Induction....I really miss brownies...but this sugar free jello keeps me from cheating. Going strong, and the carb withdrawals aren't that bad yet, my appetite has gone down, and I've eaten more salad in the last 3 days than the last 3 months, so I guess thats good. I miss brownies.

New goals:

Start exercising tomorrow morning, at least 30 min 3 times this week.
Continue Atkins.
Lose 2+ lbs.

Also starting Atkins today! I did quite well with it 8 or 9 or so years ago.

Goals:
-STICK to Atkins Induction the entire week
-Get MOVING (walks, etc)

I did not do Turbofire at all last week, BUT I did go for my first run since having Olivia.it was pathetic, but it reminds me ill only get better.

I want to go on two more jogs and one Turbofire this week.

Contininuewith the no pasta, bread, end sweets. (im allowing myself beanss, and the veggies and fruit w carbs, as I'm EPing and need that for rounded nutrition.)

I weigh in at Weight watchers tonight, so we will see....I do not think that I did very well though

Goal this week are to
1) STAY FOCUSED ON LOOSING WEIGHT!!!!!!!
2) Walk everyday for 30 min.

I Didn't LOOSE or GAIN Anything.....I just stayed exactly the same ... UGH... I need to get on this and do better!

I lost 4lbs! I think they finally came off after working out for a month. Now, I have been slacking this week so to the gym I go, tomorrow. 12 lbs to go. My goal is to go to the gym for the rest of the week and continue to eat healthy. I also cut out alcohol completely til I get to my goal weight. Hopefully, I can stick to all of this!

I didn't gain or lose anything... I've been slacking. :/ I love the gym, but can't go until DH gets back because I have nobody to watch Ethan. My goal this week is to cut out as many carbs as possible. Little to no pasta or bread. No sweets! And no eating after dinner.

I haven't lost or gained anything

I ate out a lot this week so I am glad I didn't gain anything,

My goal this week is to really decrease my intake of sweets and lose 2lbs, hopefully!

I have been fluctuating up and down 3 lbs. This morning I was back down to 160. I have been counting my calories and not just eye balling it. DH and I have been walking nightly. I found sugar free pudding to be a really good very low calorie and very low carb snack that fills me up.

Goal this week: to get under 160 lbs. This is where I always get stuck!!
Continue walking and counting calories and carbs.
