Well I gave in and joined weight watchers. It was what helped me lose weight in the past and I need to get rid of all this extra weight. So I have joined again. I get 49 points. Holy crap I feel like a cow. But I guess I am also EBF which adds more points. I track what I eat any way with Lose It! app I have on my phone so I also downloaded the WW app for my phone so I can easily put in what I eat. Plus with all this walking and gardening I am doing I really hope I lose weight. I am starting out at over 200 lbs (yes I am admitting that BLAH) and I need to lose weight like NOW. Anyone else doing WW? I think you can be "friends" or something online
