I know not everyone can workout yet, but I want to get in the habit of posting this every week.
Just fill out what you did that day, if anything, and come back and update it. I'm getting myself back into it for real!

Well, I have not started running yet, but I've been walking a lot. I have a friend who lives an apartment over and we talked about starting to run together sometime soon. Next week I will be at my parents' house and they have a treadmill and a pool, and I definitely plan on taking advantage of those. Here's what I did this week:

S- walk around the block (about 15 minutes)
M- none
T- walk around the block
W- walk to and from the chiropractor (about 30 minutes total)
Th- walk to domino's (yeah, healthy, right? lol) and walgreens (30 minutes total walking, 15 of it carrying a 10 and a half pound baby)
F- walk to the store and back (about 20 minutes)
S- nothing. I was at a birthday party all day and had some bbq and soda

I already keep a weekly log of my exercise (helps me train for my race and keep on track) so I'll try to remember to transfer it here too.

Sun: 5 mile long run
Mon: off
Tues: 3.5 mile run (should've been longer but it was extremely hot/humid with a heat advisory)
Wed: off
Thurs: 3.3 mile run with hills
Fri: off
Sat: long run-6 miles-1 hour 4 minutes

You are amazing to be running that much already! Whenever I jog I feel like I have something weighing me down because I have so many extra pounds. It's a weird feeling! I'm slowly getting back to it though. I only ran like once or twice during my pregnancy so it's like restarting completely!

Thank you! Every week becomes so much easier as the pounds come off. The extra weight makes running really hard! Right before getting pg I was up to 10 mile long runs in prep for my 1/2 marathon. I stopped running completely once finding out I was pg...just felt too weird to run and I welcomed the long break! So, yeah it is like starting over but I love the challenge and seeing my progress. Nothing gets me in shape faster than running.

I thought it was weird to run pregnant also. And I enjoyed the break! I struggled with body image the whole time though!
