I hate the jiggly belly! I'm too afraid to start doing crunches right now and I've never been a big fan of running. Is there anything else to make it go down? I guess once I'm safe to exercise, I'll start with crunches just to do something.
well exercise is good for the muscles and overall tone..but i know a trick for the skin!!
You need to get a big body brush..the kind with the natural bristles (mine is wooden & has beige bristles..got it at walmart) and some good lotion.
Basically every time you shower you need to brush your skin..in circles on your belly & bum and long strokes on your thighs. Brush long and firm enough for your skin to get a bit red. Then when you get out..slather on the lotion. I like the nivea body good-bye cellulite gel..followed by the st. ives collagen elastin.
It takes a couple weeks to see results..but it really does work wonders
Also..a good professional spray tan makes everyone look smoother and more toned!!
