6/13- none again (I slacked for a couple days! lol)
6/14- 15 min. on the treadmill ended up being 11 min on the elliptical (I was kind of dumb for a few minutes and couldn't figure out how to turn on the treadmill! lol)
6/15-
6/16-

6/18-

For your interval run did you stay running the whole time? Was it just speeding up and slow it down? What kind of pattern do you do?

I'm still only about two weeks out from my c-section and I'm not supposed to do anything particularly vigorous yet, but I'm still trying to get back in the habit of being active again, so I'll join in.

Sun - Nothing
Mon - Walk around neighborhood (~ 1 mile) with DH and baby
Tue - Walk around lake (~ 1.5 miles) in park with DH and baby
Wed - Walk around neighborhood (~ 2 miles)
Thu - Walk around neighborhood (~1.5 miles)
Fri - Walk around neighborhood (~1.5 miles)
Sat -

For this one it went like this:
10 minutes warm-up (slow, easy jog)
4 min hard, 4 min easy jog
3 min hard, 3 min easy jog
2 min hard, 2 min easy jog
1 min hard, 1 min easy jog
10 min cool-down (slow, easy jog)

I did not walk during this work-out, but if you're starting out you could put some walk breaks in during the easy jog recovery times.

I have a little notebook with about 10 different interval workouts. I just choose a new one each week. They can be easily tweaked to make them harder/easier and longer/shorter. They really make the workout go fast by changing it up all the time. Great for treadmills too.

Thanks! Changing things up definitely makes treadmill time faster. Any cardio really. I'll have to try this either tonight or Friday. Thursday will be my day off!
