I don't at the moment but I have a long, long history of doing volunteer work since back when I was in high school. I've given time to a bunch of causes including hospice, peer counseling, rape crisis work, LGBTA stuff, etc etc. I was a regular Sally Saint in that department in my younger years . I thoroughly enjoy volunteering and look forward to getting back into it hopefully next year in some capacity.

Pre-kids I did a ton of volunteer work with the music ministry at church. With the kids now and DH's horrid schedule, it's a little harder to do that. However, we help out friends and family whenever we can.

I voluteer at the kids' school, and then I volunteer at the local Crisis Intervention (womens shelter) I donate items and my time for causes.

I also volunteer with United Way. I get 8 hours of Paid Volunteer time a year, and then an addional 4 for united way sponsered events, so I take full advantage of it. Love my work!

I'm a member of a social group that does work for various women's organizations and children's literacy groups.
I used to go to a soup kitchen each Thanksgiving before I was married, hopefully my husband will want to start that up again someday.
Also I donate money to my high school and undergrad each year for scholarships.
Bunch of other stuff as it comes along...usually pertaining to education.

Not since we've moved, but usually its through our church. I was the outreach coordinator for the church we attended in our old town. As my boys get older, it will definitely be something we will do more often.

I have been pretty involved in volunteering since high school. Then in college I was in an organization called Women's Service Organization (it's actually how I am in the job I have now after college). I was volunteering with middle school girls with an organization called Communities in Schools. Then I did my internship with them and then got a job with them (but in my home town, not my college city) after college!

I do lots of volunteer work every year...with my students. Other than that, I haven't volunteered outside of that.

I used to. i've volunteered at 2 humane societies, either in animal care, or vet tech work (shots, exams, ears, etc). I also volunteered at a wildlife rehab clinic for a few years while in college, and lastly, at a reptile place that focuses on education.
