It's great! I've not been posting it because it doesn't seem like people are using it.
Breakfast: Fiber One bar, skim milk
Lunch: 1 pb&j and 1 turkey and cheese (low fat) sandwiches...both on Weight Watches whole wheat bread, water
Dinner: 1 grilled cheese sandwich on Weight Watchers Whole Wheat bread, part of Finn's sandwich, and a bowl of chicken and dumpling soup.
Today wasn't a good day for my diet...actually last week was pretty bad as well. I ate a couple Reeses cups today. And I really need to start using this thread even if it is just me some of the time. I do better about my eating when I know I have to write down what I ate. lol
