Sun: rest day
Mon: 5 miles total (3 miles tempo, 1 mile warm-up & cool-down)
Tues: rest day
Wed: 4.2 mile run (average 9-1/2 min miles- getting better!)
Thurs: 3.5 mile run with lots of nasty hills!
Fri: rest day
Sat: 6 miles (took me 1 hour- not too bad)

I did horrible last week! I'm gonna do better this week!

Sun- Rest
Mon- 30 minutes walking while pushing the stroller
Tues- 1 hour walking while pushing the stroller
Wed- 40 minutes walking while pushing the stroller
Thurs- 55 minutes walking while pushing the stroller (edited to add 15 minutes, we took a walk to try and get Jax to sleep last night!)
Fri- Rest
Sat- 30-45 minutes walking while pushing the stroller (will depend on how cooperative Jax is)

I was just thinking about posting this while I was in the shower this morning. lol!
Yesterday was a total day off!

S- off
M- awesome workout! 32 min on elliptical kickin my own butt, 14 min interval on treadmill (11:30 mile)
T- off
W- 35 min on treadmill, 25 of it jogging. My knees were sore when I got there. I think I'm too fat too jog
T- off
F- gym tonight, probably elliptical, update later

No you're not...running is tough on the knees no matter your weight. Try to incorporate some walking into your running, it may help. Also, if you're on a treadmill put it at .5-1% incline which helps the knees too without you noticing the incline.

I have a couple really good treadmill workouts that incorporate walking & incline- they are killers without too much running. I'll look them up later & post them for you to try.
