I didnt realize this was here. I have not posted to the March playroom in awhile. Been hanging out on FB with Marchfriends. Anyhow I am on a low carb diet and was doing really good. I lost 9 lbs in 2wks. I am having a hard time now after my cheat day on Fathers Day. Kinda depressed.
I have left over brownies in the house and having a hard time resisting. I gained back 3 lbs from one cheat day and a cheat meal last night. Its insane. So I am really struggling with this. Some days I just want to cry because its so hard to get this weight off.
What kinds of diets are you guys on? How is it going?
Just wanted to add. How much weight do you have to lose? I did need to lose 12 more to get to pre pregnancy weight but I guess now its 14 after I gained 3 back. Uggghhh
