Wow, that's alot of $!! I assume there is no way your homeowners insurance would cover the 4K? I don't think ours would.

WOW! That sucks the insurance wouldn't work with you to only pay the deductable once, its the same roof and the other work hadn't started yet.

OMGosh! That's insane! Won't the insurance cover the tree removal? Or possibly the other homeowner's insurance since it looks like it wasn't even your tree?

I have a fear of a tree falling on our house since my neighbor has a dead one in their front yard and they moved out and left the house to be foreclosed on and it's sort of in limbo and I can't get anyone to take care of the tree!
